Manchester Youngsville Hawks Registration
The Hawks will host open registration for boys and girls from ages 5-15 (as of July 31, 2010) for Football and Cheerleading for the 2010 Pop Warner season at the following locations. We offer experienced coaches and a great place to learn the sports of Football and Cheerleading. Register before May 1st to receive the early bird discount.

Saturday May 22nd from 10:00AM-1:00PM at Modell’s Sporting Goods
Saturday June 19th from 10:00AM-1:00PM at Modell’s Sporting Goods
(We will be located in the back room at Spare Time)
Youngsville is hosting the NH Youth Football Clinic this summer, there is no experience necessaryand it's a great way to get ready for the upcoming season!!
The season starts August 2, 2010 and the last regular season game is the last week of October 2010. During the month of August practice will be held Monday-Thursday 6:00-8:30
Once School starts, practice will be held Tuesday-Thursday 6:00-8:30
The Tiney-Mite team is allowed to practice 6 hours a week, 3 days a week from 6:00-8:00
Games are mostly played on Sundays with a rare Saturday exception.

This form gives us your consent to have your child plan and gives us various other information. Please fill out this form completely!
There are two parts to this form. The first page you need to complete, and the second page needs to be completed and signed by your doctor. Please make every effort to have this form completed, not a form printed from a system. Also, the form must be signed and dated in 2010 to be eligible, and your child must have had a physical in the past 2 years.

Please NOTE: Participants cannot practice unless the medical release and report card have been received. It is very important to get the medical release to your doctor as soon as possible so that this is complete.
If you can't make it to one of the open registration locations, you can mail the Registration Forms to the Youngsville Hawks President to reserve your spot on the team!
